  Admin-tier (same as Zaal/Iman/Jose/Samantha/Tyler) but no full name in any ZAO doc. Research proposed a match to Shawn Porter (Web3 Metal founder) - that's inferred from a bare first-name search, not documented anywhere internally. Do not publish without confirming with Zaal directly.

Not on this list, but they show up a lot in the wider research (doc 229): AttaBotty, DaNici, Hurric4n3Ike, Maceo, Swarthy Hatter - all have full profiles already, but none of them have a cowork-tracker account, so they weren't pulled into this roster. Say the word if any of them should get a paper too.

2026-07-10: all 11 people got a deep research pass (loop-until-dry per person, ZAO OS research doc 229 has the full write-up: PR #1207). Every card above now reflects real findings, not placeholders. Two things still need Zaal directly, not more research: JANGO/Django's current activity level, and confirming (or denying) the proposed Shawn identity match.

Process: each card graduates to a real paper (own URL, same design system as the rest of /papers) once it has a lane, an activity read, and the "how we met" story - that last part is the one thing no research pass can supply.
